Empire Orthopedic Supply Shipping Policy

Empire Orthopedic Supply Corp will take your order and have it shipped to you from the Manufacturer directly to you.
Orders placed before 1 P.M. EST will ship the same day either FedEx or UPS Ground Service. As soon as we receive tracking information pertaining to your order, we will notify you via email the same day.
Shipping is Free for any orders over $300.00, and orders under that amount is a flat rate of $12.00 per order.
Shipping on all Warranty covered items is no charge to the customer.
On returns of any non covered items , shipping is at the expense of the customer.
